Dose Notch is a free tally for personal dose cards. You keep the marks; we keep the app available as it is. The ticks are a reminder you set yourself. They are not a dose instruction, a diagnosis, or a pharmacy record.

Do not use the sleeve as the only record of a medicine. If a card and a label disagree, follow the label and the person who prescribed it. The app may change, pause, or drop a feature without a separate notice beyond this page.
